Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Momentarium handles personal data in its Android and iOS organizer applications and its guest photo-upload website.
Who we are and how to contact us
Momentarium is a private wedding photo service operated by Filip Mihajlov. For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, email momentariummk@gmail.com.
Data we collect
- Organizer account data: email address and the account identifier created by our authentication provider. We use passwordless email sign-in links; Momentarium does not collect an organizer password.
- Event data: event title, date, URL slug, invitations and organizer relationships needed to create and manage a private event.
- Guest content: photos guests choose to upload, together with technical file information such as filename, size, type and upload status needed to store, display and process them.
- Review activity: organizer approval, decline or defer decisions for uploaded photos.
- Operational and security information: limited service logs and upload diagnostics needed to prevent abuse, troubleshoot uploads and keep the service secure.
How we use data
We use this data only to provide Momentarium: authenticate organizers, create private event spaces, let invited guests upload photos, let organizers review content, maintain the final gallery, provide support, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell personal data, use it for behavioural advertising, or create public, searchable galleries.
Sharing and service providers
We use service providers that process data only on our behalf to operate Momentarium, including Supabase for authentication, database and private file storage, and transactional email services for sign-in links. We do not share organizer or guest data with advertisers. If purchases are added in a future app release, the applicable app store and its purchase-management provider may process purchase information; card details are handled by the store, not by Momentarium.
Storage, security and access
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Uploaded photos are stored in private storage and are available only through the access controls needed for the relevant event. Guest invitations and sessions are designed to provide event-scoped access rather than public access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and event data while the account and relevant event remain active. Organizers can request deletion in the app or at momentarium.mk/delete-account. An in-app request suspends the organizer account and its events immediately, may be cancelled for 7 days, then permanently deletes the account and associated owned event data. Verified email requests are completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention or transaction obligations.
Guests may remove their own uploads where that option is available in the guest experience. A guest may also contact us for a privacy request, providing enough information for us to locate the relevant upload safely.
Children
Momentarium is not directed at children under 13. Organizers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate basis to invite guests and upload or approve event content. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us without appropriate authorization, contact us and we will review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Momentarium changes or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date below.
